May 4, 2013 is Free Comic Book Day!

KdW will be appearing at two Northshore comic book shops. Magic Comics and Hobbies in Slidell and Big Easy Comics in Mandeville. This is a fun, all ages event where we can help support two fine, local retailers, and also promote KdW.

Tim San Fillippo, will be leading the Mandeville group and Paul Patecek will be leading the Slidell group. Both of us need members to meet up with us.

We'll be passing out trading cards and business cards, taking pictures with those who ask, and inviting others to join our group.

We ask that KdW members wear their DOCTOR WHO costumes or navy KdW logo t-shirts. If you don't have either we still want you to join the fun - any Whovian shirt will work! It's important that we make a great showing at both locations as our support and involvement may open opportunities for future KdW events at these locations.
