If I'm not mistaken, Matt Smith's agent was Wendy Padbury, who had previously played Second Doctor companion Zoe Heriot.

It has not been firmly established that Jack is the "Face of Boe", there is an inference that he is, but nothing is stated outright.

Well there is a video online that is the reactions of John And David to that little bit of information, and they clearly seem to think that Jack becomes him...but hey if it doesn't count it doesn't count. I'll have to think of something better LOL
